Kafroun (كفرون), in a valley below, is the location of many summer homes. Just a couple of kilometers beyond Mashta al-Helou (مشتى الحلو) is Meghara al-Duayat (مغارة الضوايات), an impressive cave full of stalagmites and stalactites.
